Given the grandiosity of the bill, I've split each section into its own item that you can vote on separately. Please vote Aye if you want it and Nay if you don't for each numbered list item.

1) Green Energy Policy:

• The mining of coal, except within the DanzShaft, is hereby banned in the FDR, although permits for coal mining may be issued to people or organisations on a case-by-case basis by the People's Assembly.

• All existing coal amongst the citizenry must be converted into charcoal using the recipe that does so in any Charcoal Burner factory.

• Any personal power usage (e.g., in furnaces, smokers, etc.) must be done with renewable sources of energy, such as dried kelp blocks, lava from lava farms, charcoal, or any wooden product.

2) Establishment of Nature Preserves:

• The following highlighted areas will be specifically established as nature preserves: Terrestrial and Marine.

• Along with the rules laid out in the Lorax Act, the following will also be prohibited within the nature preserves: building of any kind (including "noob towers" or stacking out of holes/ravines), digging/terraforming, plant destruction or removal, mining, logging, or the killing or breeding of ANY animals.

• The Danz-Park Commission (DPC) is hereby given custodianship over the nature preserves, though the People's Assembly shall have final authority over them. The DPC may make modest adjustments to them as they see fit when such actions might otherwise break the rules, such as fencing off a ravine.

• The borders of the nature preserves shall be fully snitched, and jukeboxes will be placed in them at random locations to ensure compliance with the law.

• The establishment of new nature preserves shall require approval either by the People's Assembly or a normal vote.

3) Animal Welfare and Protection Policy:

• Under no circumstances shall any of the following animals be killed or harmed in any way: bees, pandas, fish (excluding the actual act of fishing), foxes, dogs, cats, and turtles.

• The destruction of any wild animal habitats (e.g., beehives) is strictly prohibited.

• The high-intensity farming of cows, pigs, horses, sheep, and chicken is hereby abolished and prohibited in the FDR.

• Each of the aforementioned animals is mandated to have a minimum roaming space of 5x5 per individual animal. Farmed animals must be in broad daylight with adequate shelter, food, and water and must not be in holes or trapped indoors (excluding stables for horses). The amount of space needed shall scale proportionally by area as more animals are included.

4) People's Assembly Amendment:

• The People's Assembly shall be established to act as a complimentary way to make collective decisions amongst the FDR populace alongside normal voting. It will be a new citizens-only channel in the FDR discord where citizens may submit their ideas that do or may need collective approval without needing direction or legalisation from normal voting measures.

• Such ideas include but are not limited to: city and infrastructure design, public projects, individual plot selection and dereliction, border adjustments, and permit issuing.

• A quorum that amounts to- at minimum- the majority of Danzilonan citizens who responded to the most recent census must be met and approve of the idea in order for it to pass. If a quorum is not met or a majority vote against it, the idea is rejected.

• In the event that this amendment fails but any measures in which the People's Assembly is mentioned passes, its mentioned powers and responsibilities will instead fall to the Interior Ministry or a normal vote.
