In an effort to further the outlined goals of my ministry I submit the following Proposal to you, the voters of Danzilona.

The Promotion of Danzilonan Arts Act

For the purposes of promoting the culture and arts of the Danzilonan people a new body is to be established as an office of the Foreign Ministry and shall be known as the Danzilonan Artistic Directorate.

This Directorate will have the right to conduct regular lottery games in Iron or Diamond whose profits shall be used in the following ways and in this prescribed order of priority.

1. For the purchase of in game map art which has been created by Danzilonan Citizens.

2. For the establishment of exhibitions of the Directorate's collection in public buildings of the Republic.

3. For the establishment of a dedicated state owned and operated map art canvas, its upkeep and maintenance.

4. For the purchase of map art works of great artistic value created by non Danzilonan Citizens.

5. For the establishment and maintenance of a collection of uncommon blocks to be used by Citizen artists at the state canvas.

Quarterly audits of the collection and its assets shall be required and submitted no later than 4th of the months of January, April, July, and October.
