While we didn't previously go through the formal legislative process for annexations, since this is such a monumental one, I wanted to do so to get the proper, serious opinions from the populace.

As CDM had already declared independence, that leaves Nara, Dalgon, and Doom City left in our fold after my spree of conquest a couple days ago. So far, they have not objected. Henceforth, if the voters of Danzilona so choose, passing this proposal will do the following:

• Extend a proper offer of incorporation into the FDR to the three aforementioned nations.

• Their leadership may then accept or deny the offer at their discretion, assuming they do not do either before this proposal is sent to a vote.

• Should they choose to accept, they will have the following two options for their political status within the FDR:

  • Join the FDR as a federal entity within the terms of this document.
  • Become a normal province of the FDR, with home rule and an appointed Consul.
  • Regardless of the path they choose, they will have the option to secede by majority vote of their citizens.
