In accordance with the successfully passed Executive Transparency and Accountability Act of August 1, 2022, let this thread satisfy the required stipulation of publicly recognising appointed officials.

I hereby name TheTrackball ( u/GeneralWhoever ) as Master of Horse, which will act as my second in command, for the month of September 2022. Track is a valuable, longtime member of our community with extensive experience in this kind of thing on both CivMC and Civcraft. Track will be tasked with the following:

• Serving as head of the militia and thus sharing all Defence Minister duties with me, though I will still be where the buck stops.

• Coordinating the construction of defensive infrastructure with our Alenarith allies (eg. ASSFUC).

• Being the main point of contact for defensive matters for the nations of AP, Nara, Dalgon, and CDM.

In addition, Track may act in my stead as Defence Minister in the event that I fall into a period of activity which I will define as either 5 (five) consecutive days of not logging onto the CivMC server or 2 (two) consecutive days of being unreachable via Discord or Reddit.

Track has remained an uncontroversial and unchallenged Defence Minister for June, July, and August. I present this appointment to the Danzilonan people and hope that they may accept it without controversy. In the event that this appointment is to be rejected, please follow the existing means in which to issue a public recall with a simple majority (50% 1) vote. Thank you Track!
