In accordance with the successfully passed Executive Transparency and Accountability Act of August 1, 2022, let this thread satisfy the required stipulation of publicly recognising appointed officials.

I hereby name Gant2000 ( u/gantAR1 ) as the Deputy Foreign Minister for the month of September 2022. Gant was the runner-up in this election, and I believe we share a common vision for the direction of Danzilona on the world stage. Along with becoming another point of contact for foreign dignitaries, Gant will be tasked with the following:

• Being my co-negotiator for all international deals and treaties which require a vote by the Danzilonan citizenry (basically all of them). Two heads are better than one with those kinds of things!

• Assisting in the construction with an embassy row, specifically making sure that it doesn't interfere with the canals he's been building and also making sure I don't raise the road one too many blocks accidentally.

• The coordination of relaunching the NDZHL with our neighbours and being present during these games.

In addition, Gant may act in my stead as Foreign Minister in the event that I fall into a period of activity which I will define as either 5 (five) consecutive days of not logging onto the CivMC server or 2 (two) consecutive days of being unreachable via Discord or Reddit.

I present this appointment to the Danzilonan people and hope that they may accept it without controversy. In the event that this appointment is to be rejected, please follow the existing means in which to issue a public recall with a simple majority (50% 1) vote.
