[Focus] The first paragraph of a proposal post must have a [Focus] tag (like this one does). The "focus" paragraph should succinctly outline the main focus of the proposal.
It's nice to see a lot of proposals, but when each one is super long, it becomes way too hard to keep up. The "focus" paragraph acts like a TLDR. The author should aim to make this paragraph as succinct as possible and convey only the essential workings of their proposal.
