In accordance with the successfully passed Executive Transparency and Accountability Act of August 1, 2022, let this thread satisfy the required stipulation of publicly recognizing appointed officials.

I hereby name Des23 ( /u/RedShyGirl23 ) as the first ever commissioner for the New Danzilona Hockey League (NDHZL). As per the constitutionally recognized NDZHL charter, Des will serve in the capacity of commissioner without term limit as a "self-renewing appointment." However, she will still be subject to public recalls as outlined in the constitution and the NDZHL charter.

The commissioner's powers will be tied to the enumerated capabilities and responsibilities listed in the NDZHL Charter. Deviations from the charter should be considered only in consultation with the currently serving interior minister and placed to a public vote if deemed to alter the fabric of the charter or league to a significant extent.

Deputy Interior Minister Gant2000 will assist Des23 in the month of August to start-up the league. Des23 will retain control of the league and may make decisions which overrule the Interior Ministry in regards to NDZHL affairs only.

This post serves as a confirmation and reaffirmation of Des23's appointment to the NDZHL Commissioner office made by Gant2000 on July 28, 2022. This post is an attempt to satisfy the Executive Transparency and Accountability Act standards in a public forum and in a transparent way.
