In accordance with the successfully passed Executive Transparency and Accountability Act of August 1, 2022, let this thread satisfy the required stipulation of publicly recognizing appointed officials.

I hereby name Gant2000 ( /u/gantAR1 ) as the Deputy Interior Minister of the Republic during my August term. Gant will serve in this capacity for my entire August term barring any future announcement or decision which reverses the appointment.

In this role, Gant is tasked with the following areas of purview:

1. The creation and oversight of the New Danzilona Hockey League (NDZHL) in its infancy with the goal of scheduling a season kickoff date by the end of the month (said date may be in September or later if needed, but the date should be decided during this term).
2. The building and oversight of the planned New Danzilona Canals as well as a central transport hub to reside in the New Danzilona Old Town. The canal will follow this design, but architectural liberties may be taken as needed to promote aesthetics or respect existing structures.
3. Additional public infrastructure projects including but not limited to public housing and additional factories upon consultation with the Interior Minister.

In addition, Gant may act in my stead as Interior Minister in the event that I fall into a period of activity which I will define as either 5 (five) consecutive days of not logging onto the CivMC server or 2 (two) consecutive days of being unreachable via Discord or Reddit.
