As we all know, Lowtuff has been a faithful Danzilonan, explorer extraordinaire, and all around extremely friendly fellow. They wouldn't dare hurt even a fly, and have been more than forgiving to people who most of the rest of us wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole.

Despite this, Lowtuff has been pearled throughout their civ career way too many times. At least 2-3 times on 2.0, once on CivEx, once on CivRev (though that was done by ninja), and a total of FIVE TIMES on CivClassics. On CC, Lowtuff dared to map out what were publicly known claims simply because kids in prot coloured over them with a big "Do Not Enter" sign, leading to a 6 month sentence in the end. Lowtuff, our comrade, our newfriend, does not deserve to be treated this way, and we all know it. I believe that they have been pearled so disproportionately to their actions that they require special protections.

It is on this basis that I have tabled this discussion in what will be called the Lowtuff Liberation Act, based off the army that was founded to free them on CC. Should this act pass, the following shall be enshrined into Danzilonan law:

• Lowtuff will be granted permanent diplomatic immunity within the FDR

• Lowtuff will be permanently ineligible to have their citizenship revoked

• Lowtuff will be immune from ever being put on our Bounty Hunting list as described in the Constitution of the FDR

• The pearling of Lowtuff, regardless of who the perpetrator is or what the circumstances are, will be viewed as an act of war against the FDR and will be dealt with as such.
