Foreign Representatives

As of yet we haven't elected our foreign representatives, and with September starting to approach it may be good to soon begin the process of electing our first reps, which would be particularly helpful if New3P discussions begin soon. The process would operate as per the constitution, with a nomination thread opening on the 26th and a voting thread opening on the 28th. That would mean our first foreign reps would be ready to take up their roles at the start of September.

Citizenship

Quite a few people have asked how you become a citizen, so it might be worth holding a census soon so that we can begin drawing up an official list of citizens. If we decide to elect foreign reps then they'd be in the prime position to organise a census, particularly with September conveniently marking the third quarter of the year.

Subreddit

As many would have noticed, the subreddit's pretty out of the date at the moment, and we really ought to look for a new banner and update the information on the sidebar. If I remember rightly, gabeknight did a good job at organising our subreddit the last time round so perhaps he could do it again (with your permission gabe, and assuming my memory's not broken again)? A banner's been thrown around a little in the slack, and most people seem to be fine with that so hopefully there shouldn't be too much fuss over it, and the sidebar information's pretty simple to do.
