Sorry for the long wait, but I kinda experienced a road block on coming up with a system for this one. Solving issues isn't quite as easy as preemptively dealing with them I'm afraid, but I gotta get this done.

Without further ado, here comes the Judiciary Act.

Article 1: In response to a lack of justice and obvious law breaking that has occurred in the town, the City of New Danzilona hereby institutes the Judiciary Act to assist in solving disputes for the future, to assist in mediation between parties that are incapable of reaching compromise, and to deal out punishments to those that are found guilty of breaching New Danzilonan Law.

Article 2: The Court of New Danzilona will consist of 3 persons at any proceedings, Among them being:

• 2.1 - The Judge of NDZ - An elected position whose terms will be 1 month, bound by the Dynamic Administrations Act, and who will serve on every judge's panel for every court case that occurs during their term, or in the event that they cannot do so, nominate a Citizen to do so in their place. They are responsible for accepting or denying petitions for trials or mediation, and also for setting up the posts where the trials and mediations will occur.

• 2.2 - The People's Judge - When the court of New Danzilona must convene, the people of the city will be notified by a post made by the Judge of NDZ to /r/Danzilona that asks for their assistance in picking a judge. Those interested in assisting in the law will then respond to the post saying that they volunteer to serve on the court. Citizens will then reply to one of the nominees saying that they are backing that nominee for the position. 12 hours after the post has been made, the citizen with the most replies in favor of their nomination will be accepted in to the court.

• 2.3 - The Manager's Choice - The City Manager will be notified of any trials and will then be responsible for naming a citizen of NDZ to serve as the third judge. The Manager may nominate him/herself if they wish to do so.

Article 3 - Anybody interested in holding a trial must petition for a trial to be held by submitting a post titled [Petition] to /r/DanzilonaCourt, then describing who/what they wish to hold a trial against in the post. In case of mediation, the post must be labeled [Mediation] and both parties must agree to have the court mediate between them.

• 3.1 - Anybody is free to petition for a trial to be held, but must provide a base claim/charge and have their case approved to be held by the Judge of NDZ.

Article 4 - Trials are held when somebody or some organization is interested in pressing charges against somebody else or another organization. They will be titled as <name> v. <name>, with the first position listing the name of the party that wanted the trial to take place and the second position listing the name of the party that stands accused.

• 4.1 - Trials will consist of eyewitnesses presenting testimony or evidence. Judges are free to ask questions of the witnesses, defendants or accusers pertaining to the case. Nobody is required to answer questions posed to them, but the absence of response can be used in the court.

• 4.2 - The trial will only concern itself with the charges present in the case. Off-topic discussion will no be tolerated. Any discoveries of other crimes or events must be handled in another case.

• 4.3 - The Judge of NDZ is responsible for providing further guidelines and rules for cases as they see fit.

Article 5 - The judges will be provided a private forum with which to discuss the case in question, and there they will decide the verdicts of the trial per each charge, as well as the punishment for guilty verdicts.

Article 6 - The punishments announced by the court will be enforced by the people of NDZ and the DZF. Pearlings will be given to people with secure storage. Fines will be dealt out to either the Treasury or the wronged party depending on the case.

• 6.1 - Foreign fighters may assist in the pearling or disbursement of justice should Danzilonan force prove to be inadequate. These fighters are free to administer further justice if the need arise, but their punishments and decisions will not affect those the court have already made.

Article 7 - In cases of Mediation, parties that find themselves incapable of reaching a conclusion over a deal or agreement may ask for the court's assistance.

• 7.1 - Both sides must agree to be mediated between, and in doing so, agree to whatever results the court produces.

• 7.2 - Only involved parties may step forth and present their case in these mediations.

Article 8 - Any court case, whether it be a mediation or trial, must reach a speedy result. 24 hours will be given for the judges to be gathered after a court case is accepted by the Judge of NDZ, 24 hours will be given for the trials/mediations themselves, and the judges then have 24 hours to reach a decision.

It's probably shoddy and very barebones at the moment, but I profess to being rather novice when it comes to law and court studies. So get me some feedback and let's edit.
