In light of recent events, I propose that emergency powers be granted to current government officials to convene a Court to handle the crime and punishment of the 3 Grundeswegian pearls in a manner that brings justice to light but is also handled amicably.

The Court would consist of 5 members from within the DZF, who were not directly involved with the combat/pearling, and voted into said court by citizens of NDZ. They will convene at the earliest possible opportunity to rule on what evidence ispu in front of them, as well as first hand accounts of the crime. They will then issue verdicts and punishments, which may include time in the end or fines.

Any hostile actions by a Grundeswegian on NDZ soil will be seen as grounds for further punishment on those in custody.

This needs to be solved in a quick manner and a just manner. If we cannot agree to any way to deal with the pearled, then the pearls will be extradited to a power Moe capable of dealing with the situation.
