I came back to the server, and it's nice to be back but I'm a little bored. The Northstead farming village project sounds great, and as a resident farmer I would like to take on a larger part in its completion. I've had the idea to in addition to a village with cottages build some hobbit-hole like houses around the town and farms. I've been talking to peakman2 about the project a lot since I've come back and I made this map detailing very rough plans for Northstead. Weishaar described the role I could take as something similar to his work in the marketplace. Anyway, I'd like permission and help from the town in starting to set up the infrastructure of the village.

EDIT: So it seems like you guys are pretty opposed to the hobbit holes, but hear me out. These will not be "dirt mounds with doors" or simple buildings. I've started making some designs, and they are definitely very distinguishable from hills and I think you can tell that they're houses. I'll post them once they're done.
