So, we've got ourselves a pretty good market I'd say. However, one thing concerns me; few shops buy things off of players. Like my potion shop doesn't buy anything, and I know a few more that don't pay players anything but only sell goods.
Here's what I'm saying. Your shop should buy some things, usually at a very cheap rate, allowing players to sell to you like a supplier. Selling logs for 1i a stack? You should buy logs for 3 gold nuggets a stack. Selling cookies? Buy cocoa beans.
This makes it so you're not the sole supplier of your shop, and in turn helps relieve you of some of the work. It also gives everyone currency to spend at your store! :D Just like stores in real life buy things wholesale for cheap, then sell them for a profit we can be doing the same thing. There are plenty of players that would rather farm 4 stacks of logs for 1i than try and mine for it, and players who would rather catch fish and sell them for gold nuggets than eat them.
With a potential Teasury on the way and a currency exchange, we could see players getting diamonds simply by selling raw goods to stores for gold nuggets and working their way up the currency ladder.
Starting this afternoon, the Swisston Brewing Co. will be buying glass bottles and brewing ingredients for gold nuggets, and turning them into potions for profit. I hope everyone else begins following this example.
Thanks for reading! :D
