It's right next to the Market District and has been derelict for as long as I can remember. I'm thinking of giving privileges to some people in town who want to tear it down right now. I know it's against town policy but I figure exceptions can be made with Wingnut's Coronation coming up and we're trying to beautify the town as quick as possible here.
If someone has a claim to it, I'll be sure to save whatever's in the chests. As for your house, I'll help you build a better one later.
