In the other proposal thread there would some good ideas and I wanted to make a discussion thread to better discuss what I think will work.

First, we should make plots around the CIC station for markets. The plots would be free but before you can build on one you must post on the subreddit explaining what you will be selling and your prices. The town can then vote on whether or not your shop seems like a good idea and if you get the majority of the vote after 48 hours you get the plot to build on. We can then keep an up-to-date registry on plots, owners, and even prices within the marketplace.
