Last weekend there was an incident involving Dionysus_9, and police5749 at Ferme Ville. I caught Dionysus_9 on snitch breaking into the seed shack that I had built around there. I looked around as I kept seeing a name pop up nearby, under the shack. I soon realized that the two were attempting to get into my snitch. I attacked them, neither police nor I had armor on our person. He, however had an iron sword. He pearled me, and brought me back to the overworld twice in an attempt to toy with me. He soon made the mistake of (Now that I think of it) logging out with my pearl in his inventory. I spawned next to him, attacked him, and killed him. He had Dionysus_9's pearl in his inventory, which I took and stored (A not so wise location, I know) in my mine, in a diamond reinforced chest.

A little bit ago I logged in for the first time since last weekend, and found that I was in my mine, I started to back track into my little base there. I soon fell in lava that I can assume was uncovered by Braden_Scott while he was getting to Dionysus_9's pearl. I had made the mistake of leaving the choke point into the mine and the factories uncovered all week. I had snitches positioned so that I would catch anyone entering the immediate mine, and entering into the area with the factories. He tripped both of these.

While I don't have straightforward evidence that it was he who broke into the storage and factories, I have decent evidence. Based on the fact that he is the ONLY person found on those two snitches entering the mine: http://imgur.com/a/Nwibd#0 And the fact that the factory chests are missing, along with all 8 storage chests I have a strong assumption that it was him. Dionysus_9's chest containing his pearl was also missing.

Among the more important things that were lost are: 1 U3E2 diamond pick 1 Resp2 gold helmet 1 E Diamond axe 1 Diamond shovel around a 3/4ths a double chest of stone A double chest and normal chest of cobble Various other semi-important items around 5 stacks of charcoal

Items lost in that lava (I doubt I can nail him on those though, definitely my fault for not noticing that lava pit): 6 diamonds 1 iron pick 1 iron sword (Taken from police5749 earlier)
