The bill passes! :D
This may not have required a vote, but basically I've updated and re-organized the NDZ Constitution, as well as invited all public officials in town to be allowed full permissions to update it as they see fit.
Neondan and Trackball I need a gmail account from you guys so I can add you to the permitted editors of the Constitution, just PM me sometime.
