For a couple months we've been using this flag as a symbol for the reforms that brought us into our current era of Danzilona which is still shaping up. I'm sure many people have seen it around the city in New Danzilona. I've yet to see a new flag put forward that I'd consider better.

I'm proposing that we formalize this as the FWCD's official banner. We can consider this a referendum of sorts, but much less of a headache than the name change.

It's not exactly a constitutional matter so the threshold would be 50% 1. It would be held in-game over the span of a week. Starting on Saturday, February 25th.
