don’t be an asshole, be respectful of mine and other people’s different opinions please or you will be blocked But has anyone thought about how Daniel being white (despite being homeless, mentally ill, low IQ, pedo, etc), is giving him a clutch when it comes to him not seemingly being held accountable for his actions? It seems like anytime he violates probation (which is all the time), makes literal terroristic threats, and causes scenes and destroys property, the police and courts do very little to address the issues. Whether that’s continuing to place him back on probation after violating it multiple times, not arresting him for very arrestable offenses (Olive Garden incident where he pulled the fire alarm and the Panera Bread incident where he tried to assault 2 employees), etc; doing very little to address his mental illnesses other than having him do an evaluation that we all know he will NOT attend, and also him being very racist as well. That makes me also wonder, if Daniel was black, would he have gotten away with nearly as much things or have received nearly as much chances and opportunities as he does now? If daniel wasn’t white, would he have been given harsher punishments or would’ve been treated harsher by police? I’ve thought about this for a while and wanted to see if anyone here has thought about this too. Full disclosure I’m a black male also
