Anxiety is a menace that lurks in the shadows and can wrap its poisonous tendrils around us when we least expect it. We all suffer from it in some capacity, though some experience it to a greater degree than others. Several of my friends fall into this category, and recent events have exacerbated it. So I put this together as I've had to help them on several occasions and thought there are others who might find it calming and helpful. With that said, I wish to state I am not a medical professional and this should not be used in lieu of actual professional help.
