Jeremy tried to explain that some people just don’t have the means to evacuate even when there is a warning. I’ve worked with people that have enough money just to fill up their car to get to work and back. I’m talking $1.25 fill to $2.50. How are these people supposed to get out and they live in the areas that are in the flooding zones because that’s the cheapest area to live. They cant even afford to leave beyond a mile let alone afford a motel inland during peak hours. As always the poor get forgotten by a bunch or rich people that think they know about all of Americans.
