Need help finding a good artist

I have a bunch of older artwork,a few of them are 30 years old. I’m looking for an artist that would be willing to fix or cover up or whatever can happen to make it not look so old and ragged. I am open to any ideas the artist has. Just want to find a good artist that does quality work.
