It's time for my somewhat annual reminder that Fort Worth has a box (indoor) lacrosse team and their season is starting next Friday, December 9th! I fell in love with the sport at the inaugural home opener last year. While hockey is "the fastest game on ice", lacrosse is known as the "fastest game on two feet." It has a lot of similarities with hockey and indoor lacrosse even uses the hockey boards. You'll see a lot of goals and a lot of action and maybe a scrap or two. Dickies Arena is also a gorgeous barn and the food options are better than the AAC, imho. This year's home opener is against the expansion Las Vegas Desert Dogs. They're running a cyber Monday sale for tickets to the home opener for just $15 at https://offer.fevo.com/panther-city-vs-las-vegas-desert-dogs-422v1ap-47a026a?fevoUri=panther-city-vs-las-vegas-desert-dogs-422v1ap-47a026a/.
Anyway, feel free to ask any questions you may have. I'm not affiliated with the team, but would love to help grow the game down here in the Lone Star State.
