Was it my phone, something that I did/didn't do, or did the NHL app screw the pooch last week in delivering yesterday's tickets to my phone?
To explain the situation in a little more detail, I was given tickets to yesterday's game against Nashville on Friday. Every attempt that I have made to contact the Dallas Stars executive offices was met with an answering machine. I get a 403 error every time I attempt to access my tickets. Eventually, my cousin came to my rescue and I was able to attend the game. I have attended a number of games over the last 4 seasons, and each time, I dealt with Ticketmaster directly (because I know that if THEY screw the pooch, it's on them). This was the first time that I used the NHL app to deal with tickets, and I don't know if I would like to use them in the future.
Don't get me wrong, I will attend a number of games in the future, but I don't know if I can rely on using the NHL app for tickets.
