Playoff Tickets

I saw in the Stars' Instagram story that playoff tickets are on sale. I supposedly have priority access as a 10-game pack holder, but never had an e-mail about that process. Did I slip through the cracks? Will priority sales be after general on-sale once days and match ups are set? I have tried to reach my ticket rep today but have no luck. I'll buy through Ticketmaster if I have to, but I'd rather avoid fees. If you're a STH and have heard, please comment.
