A bit of a backstory is required, but I was recently given a Stars team representative. I honestly thought that the idea of Season tickets are too good to pass up so I joined the Victory Club parade at a prorated price. The deal is done, and I am currently waiting for the AAC box office to process the ticket. I have a couple of questions for those who are in a similar situation:

1. How fast does the AAC Box Office (because that is who I am waiting on) process Victory Club members who joined in late?
2. As I was talking to my ticket rep, I was told that there was an event on March 4th regarding those who renew Victory Club memberships for next season (I am) in walking around the AAC to talk to their ticket reps about moving seats. Is this remotely true and should I clear my calendar for that day?
