Think like cheesesteaks in Philly, chicken wings in Buffalo etc. Something if someone's visiting for the first time you'd have to take them.
For background this was a discussion on a podcast about the food in the cities that are in the nfl playoffs. They said they weren't considering Ft Worth, but I'd assume they would be fine with Addison/Carrolton type neighboring cities.
There other issues are it's not enough that it's available there, so while they acknowledging our bbq and tex mex scene they didn't feel we were head and shoulders over the rest of Texas to claim them. They did settle on bbq brisket because it's amazing, and partly they couldn't come up with a better answer.
