After waiting for at least a year for them to respond to emails about ordering some replacement parts, and getting totally ghosted, I went ahead on the suggestion of members of this sub, and went online.
Ali Express had exactly the parts I needed and were responsive and had relatively quick shipping from overseas.
They have great communication too. They sent emails every step of the way, even about customs. The packages arrived earlier than expected, and used much less wasteful packaging than Amazon.
The parts fit perfectly, and were unbranded. I feel no guilt. Dahon’s customer service sucks. They could have had my business.
