I came across some stories of Dahmer's teenage years (I think they were excerpts from 'The Shrine' or something that I found online in articles) that I wanted to summarize, and I'm also curious if anyone knows of other stories from his childhood and teenage years? Aside from the usual stories about collecting road kills, constant drinking, and his faked epileptic seizures ( the story of how he managed to meet the Vice President with his school class).

- First of all, does anyone know where Jeffrey got all the alcohol from when he started drinking at 14 and in the later years until he was 18? Did he buy it at a store, did he get it from the basement or the refrigerator at home. Also: did his parents in this case never notice that alcohol was missing or that Jeffrey was constantly drunk? I know his brother David noticed that Jeffrey was often drunk. It was always a mystery to me where he got all the alcohol at such a young age and how his parents didn't notice in a big way.

- Jeffrey had a friend in high school (his nickname was something with 'six'?) who was also friends with this other boy Mike and this whole clique of Mike's that Jeffrey used to hang out. And this friend would sometimes give him rides, and one time this friend was driving really fast and "chased" an animal down the road with his car, at which point Jeffrey freaked out and asked him to stop the car so he could walk home instead of riding home with him.

- At the same friend's house (the one with the nickname) he used to smoke weed, and sometimes they would drink alcohol at his house when his parents weren't home. I'm not sure if it was this house or another friend's house named Mike.

- Jeffrey was showing Mike and his friends some stuffed animals in his house and Mike commented on it (I can't remember if he was impressed or disgusted) and Jeffrey said something like, "I'd like to do that with humans one day. And Mike started laughing, thinking it was one of those typical Jeffrey Dahmer jokes (Jeffrey has always had a kind of twisted and dark sense of humor that his friends were used to from him).

- I also read that he had about 7 friends over (including the girl he asked to prom) and they held some kind of seance or something to summon Satan, and the girl freaked out when Jeffrey turned off the light (they had some candles, so it wasn't completely dark) and got scared so she left.

- He left his prom date alone at the prom because he was too nervous to eat, so he just went to Mc Donalds to get something to eat, came back and apologized to the girl and told her that he just wanted her to have a nice evening. He only spoke about two sentences to the girl (I forgot her name) that night. Later they went to a pub with his other friends (Mike, etc.) and Jeffrey said goodbye to her by shaking her hand and she left.

- He asked his date to prom by walking up to her and saying, "So Mike said you want to go to prom with me?"

- There was another time he wanted to go to prom, I think the first time he was around 16 but they didn't let him and his friends enter as Jeff & his friends were too intoxicated.

- I think Lionel caught Jeffrey and his friends (including the girl from prom, but I'm not sure) either smoking weed or drinking alcohol in their house, and when his friends came back over, Lionel opened the door and told them to stay away from their house, and he told Jeffrey that he wasn't going to allow him to see those friends anymore.

- Jeffrey was on vacation with his family when he was about 16 years old (I don't remember which country), and that was the first time he drank rum. I wonder if his parents allowed him to drink rum, or if he just tried it alone in the hotel lobby or something? I wonder if his parents didn't notice or didn't care that he drank rum?

- He had a friend around 13/14 that he had his first homosexual (no intercourse) experiences with

- From what I've read, Jeffrey was more of a happy and lively kid in elementary school compared to his years in high school.

Edit: When he went to Mc Donald's at the prom, he even kept the Mc Donald's wrapper and took it with him to prove to his date that he really only went to Mc Donald's cause he was hungry.
