Blueprint Question

A friend and I have been playing a fair amount of the multiplayer, and while what is effectively a boss fighting mode, all of the blueprint drops we get do not show up in the foundry. Is this a story line block? I can see the blueprint being obtained, and the boss data being updated after each kill, but no way to craft them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
