It’s been an emotional journey for me (M45): I left a difficult relationship five years ago and am learning to be confident in myself again.

Part of that journey has been embracing the fact that I’m getting older, appreciating that I am who I am and living for the moment. Sure I have my quirks, but who doesn’t? I feel like I’ve learned a lot these last few years and it’s given me confidence to be myself and appreciate difference in others.
