My garbage disposal won’t run. It’s just humming! What do I do?!

I never put anything down my drain, especially grease! I checked for anything such as silverware down in the sink. Nothing. I used baking soda and vinegar to break up anything. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. Nothing is working! It does look a bit rusty down inside the drain… I read that I might have to repair or replace the motor, but I don’t know how! Can you help get me through this?!
