Hey pops!
Recently my sleep has been horrid I usually sleep around 1am and I was perfectly fine (college student what can I say) but after getting back from NYC (im from the east coast so no jet lag) my sleep has been uprooted so badly I had two normal days of sleep this month the rest have been at 4-6am and then random naps in the day which is really screwing my sleep up I don’t want to take sleep meds are there any natural remedies?
