Dads, i’m okay! I think? I’m sad and idk what to do. My ex and i broke up a year ago ands been a lot! I thought i was gonna be fine bc i was seeing therapist. His sister and I are still friends and she also asked me to be her bridesmaid for her wedding- which is next month! She broke the news that her brother ask the girl parents for permission. Their parents and my parents are aslo good friends. My parents knew about it for a month now and didnt have planned to tell me bc they wanted me to figure it out on my own, they also i seemed to not myself lately which is true. But now i’m a wreck. My ex and i dated for 5 years but we knew each other ever since. Our relationship went on rocky road during covid and decided to finally break up last year it was mutual decision but then i realized it wasnt a good idea. I thought i moved on and i was getting better but then life happens alot lately. I’m heartbroken all over again. I have so many questions, hatred, and just dont wanna be with anyone right now. I don’t know if i’m gonna be okay. Or when will that happen. I dont know how to move from this bc as of right now, i cant help but think why he didnt wanna marry me. Why it wasnt me. I thought those words he said was true but now i just dont wanna believe at anything or anybody. I dont even wanna love anymore after this. I dont even know what love truly is at this point.
