This is a long one so bare with me.

For the last little while I have been leaving journal messages on my U.C account saying I have been placed in the support group for ESA and if LCWRA can get added onto my next statement by virtue of me being placed in the ESA Support Group and getting PIP at the enhanced rate for daily living and standard mobility . The first message was left on November 17th and I have left them daily ever since but I have been ignored

This month's statement was generated on the 22nd and I am only getting SOME of my rent paid. Due to me being placed in the support group for ESA I get slightly more money which gets deduded by U.C £ for £ so this is why my rent isn't being paid fully this month.

I have raised a complaint with DWP which nobody has responded too. I can afford to pay 1 months rent up front but after that I am scrwed. I have also complained to the Financial Ombudsmun and I have said that I am holding the DWP financlly liable as long as this goes on as they are forcing me into a bad situation with a risk of homelessness and I have done everything I can do.

If the ombudsman can't do anything the next thing is solictors and taking the DWP to court. Is there anything else I can do in the mean time. I have phoned every day, I have left journal messages everyday I have complained and nothing is done and this is causing me to self harm and is having a really adverse effect on my health.
