I've never claimed ESA before but i claimed for PIP, 0 points on everything inc the Mandatory Reconsideration. I have to take my PIP Claim to Tribunal now. While I am waiting for my tribunal case i was thinking about putting in for ESA and then once the tribunal rule in my favour I can get off ESA and start reviving PIP as I don't want to claim both at the same time.
I am an autistic adult and I struggle a lot with mental health and situations where I need to be around other people, in unfamiliar places. I also have an anxiety disorder which limits my ability to be around people. I said all this and sent in evidence during the form filling part of PIP, still 0 points despite the evidence.
I'm confused between ESA and New Style ESA, what's the difference?
