So I have anxiety and originally messed up by not sending the forms- they still contacted me to do a telephone assessment. I did the telephone assessment but I messed up again and didn’t record it. Now they’ve responded and said I score no points and can do everything myself. (Health conditions are primarily fibromyalgia, depression and anxiety) I struggle daily and my gp is reluctant to prescribe more than duloxetine 120mg for all three conditions (it does not help the fibro which I stated) Now they’re partially saying I don’t take significant enough pain medication to qualify even though I’m battling with my gp. I spoke about a lot of struggles which they seemed to have ignored and now I don’t know how I can challenge it with this report.
