My appointment time was 11:30, the information says it may be up to 30 minutes later. It is now 12:40 and I don’t know what I should do. I’ve checked my call logs and I don’t think I’ve missed their call at all.
Anyone else been in this situation?
Edit: 12:50 called them and they said the appointment had been cancelled with no note as to why and no record of them informing me that they cancelled the appointment. They’ve rebooked me.
