Has anyone lost their job because of a dui?

I got called into the office and my manager told me that a open case showed up on my record and they can’t have someone working for them with a open record. He was very nice and said he’d love to have me back but it would need to be resolved in 10 days or I will have to be terminated. My court date is not until January and my lawyer said he can’t resolve it in 10 days. My job did not require driving aswell
