Just curious if anyone with knowledge can provide a correct answer.
Post Body

Once a year our Clerk asks everyone what their preferred shift is. They also have people sign nights or sign days. I want to know if it’s a union rule that Night Signees have the right to choose their preferred nightshift (no matter seniority) before a day signee who is not forced nights, but willingly decides to jump nights. Example: if I am a night signee and I prefer to stay 12-8 (by union rules) can a day signee jump nights and bump me 4-12 even if they can make their preferred day shift?
