Cheapest camera + lens to achieve this look?

Hi guys. What is the cheapest camera lens combo that would allow me to create YouTube videos that look like this ?
I plan on being at most 4-5 ft from the camera and the background wall will be 12-13ft from the camera.
I currently have a Rebel T3 with its standard issues 18-55mm lens. I'm willing to change it up. It's important to me to get as close to that depth of field lack of distortion but obviously it doesn't have to be identical...
Any budget friendly suggestions are very appreciated!
