Is there any documentation about "Town Borders" withing the Tablet Regions on the Island of Awakening?

Post Body

So I've seen the map floating around that shows the borders of each region. And I've done the Bell / Music / Register / Ward Testing, so I know I'm "In" the right region. BUT in building, I've noticed that there's a point in the region where even "Within" the supposed borders, possibly after building a "Town", that NPCs do not engage with things. And more interesting / worse, this invisible line cuts through rooms as well.

On the map, I am WELL withing the Green Tablet's Influence. Everything around me tests true to that (I.E. I can assign someone's "Room" beyond that point, though they'll never use it).

In this image, everything highlighted plays "Town" music. But at the border, cutting through the room I built (Bordered in Blue), "Field" music starts playing. And anything built in the "Field" is ignored by the NPCs (I.E. the Scarecrows, and any Bedrooms Etc. Beyond that point. Even that bedroom doesn't work since "Field Music" plays in the outside half of it).

Are there rules to this behavior that someone has documented? Do I need to build another "Combo" room out past that point to Extend the Town? Cause Bedrooms (I built three different ones at the same time thinking it was a numbers thing) are clearly not enough. ;?

Edit: "withing"? -.-
