Hello Reddit, I've been roleplaying on DPP for a while now and just recently discovered this sub so I thought I'd put together this wee profile. I'll try and be detailed but if you don't see something here don't assume I'm not interested - I'm open to pretty much anything outside of my hard limits (of which there are few). Since this is a detailed profile, I'll leave my kinklist at the top here as a sort of Tl;DR.

The bit about me

I'm 25, male, heterosexual and I live in Ireland (GMT 0). Roleplaying with people from the other side of the world is brilliant but if you're in a vastly different time zone to me, be prepared for replies to be few and far between as we won't often be free at the same times.

As you will see from my kinks, I am interested in a range of roles from romantic and vanilla to dark, twisted, and depraved. I'm also interested in almost any genre or setting, but I'll give a few of my favorites here.

The bit with the writing

Still reading? Awesome! Since you weren't scared off by my kinks, let's talk about my writing style. I like roles that are story-rich. Smut is brilliant but the story and character development are just as important. I therefore prefer RP's with longer response lengths (at least 2-3 paragraphs) as you get much more in-depth characters and story this way. For the same reason, I typically prefer long-term roles to short term. That being said, I know it can be hard to write such long responses every time, especially when the action is happening, so I don't mind shorter messages (about 1 paragraph) here and there, just as long as the whole rp isn't like that.

When it comes to response times, I have a pretty busy life so I won't generally be able to reply super quickly to messages but I will always reply and I will NEVER ghost! Even if I don't like a roleplay anymore I will tell you rather than just disappearing on you. I usually try to reply within a few hours.

Lastly, there's the question of what platform to use. My go-to is Discord. I make a server for each new RP with separate channels for the RP, out-of-character chat and worldbuilding. Discord isn't for everyone though so I'm equally happy to just use Reddit DM's or some other method if you have a suggestion (preferably not Reddit Chat though).
