What my kink list means to me
Post Body

Someday I might come back and flesh out a full profile but really, I wanted a place to reference how my kink list works.

Favorites (Blue)

Every single blue dot does not have to be included in every story. Honestly, sometimes it completely breaks immersion when something is being shoe horned in because it's on the blue list but makes no sense in the story. If we're writing a realistic historical story set in Julius Caesars Rome and halfway through discussing the Festival of Jupiter, Cicero stands up and proudly declares he has achieved the pinnacle of moderate policy by sprouting breasts and transforming into a Futanari... No. Let's not.

...Although I assume that would make Cato pretty happy as it confirms his constant insistance that the waffling fence hopper was a son of Dis the whole time... Dammit. No. Bad.

And while we are on the subject of Futanari - I think that term, to me, means "Dickgirl". As in, a woman that possesses a penis and no vagina. Having both sex organs would probably fall under yellow or maybe orange, it weirds me out a little.

Likes (Green)

If it fits the story we can do it, no discussion, just jump right in. All green dots are hovering just under their blue superiors and some are only green because I was seeing too much blue.

Here's where we have to start making some clarifications

Okay (Yellow)

These do nothing for me. It won't turn me off or on and if it's something my partner craves and everything is fantastic I have no problems having them come up and come up often. I can even have it as a central theme to a story... but know the act listed does not inspire me in any portion of my body and be considerate with reciprocation.

Maybe (Orange)

This is a big one. Everything listed in orange is something I have major issues with in certain (most) contexts... however, there have been times where I have truly enjoyed them given the proper set up, situation and context.

Ask Me Before You Introduce Anything Orange Into The Story. Please. I'm begging you (because begging is blue), do not throw these out willy nilly. It can and will shut down a scene in the blink of an eye.

Please do not get upset if you DO ask and I say no. If something on the Maybe list is something you cannot live without, lets just shake hands and go our separate ways if we can't come to an agreement.

No (Brown)

Don't ask. Don't even ask. There are very few brown items on my list. They are brown for a reason. If you need to have a Hard No from my list in our story, we cannot write a story. I have upgraded some Hard No items to Hard Maybes so that I can be this explicit: These are not my thing. Period.
