As the heavy oak door swings closed behind you with a thunk, the receptionist smiles at you. She looks up from her seat behind the desk and stands coming around to you with a clipboard. Her loose fitting dress flowing around her, she leans towards you and speaks, barely above a whisper.

"Are you Doctor Blake's 1:30 Appointment? I have all your paperwork here but, somehow your name got cut off and it is my first day, so I don't know how to fix it." she hands you a clipboard, that indeed has all the health insurance and personal information you filled out online.

A door opens beside the receptionists desk and the sound of running water comes rushing out of the small corridor behind. I stand there, Six and a half feet tall with short greying brown hair and a goatee that long stopped pretending to be anything but grey. "Claire, has my...Oh, hello there." I reach out my hand to shake "Doctor Donald Blake, How are you doing today?"
