I wrote the prompt below recently and was really pleased with the concept. The initial posting got a few responses, one was very promising but ghosted and the rest didn't pan out. I tried a second time, and the post seemed well received but I didn't receive any replies.

I'm a little concerned that the title gives the wrong idea. I'm not looking for the landlord to blackmail and non-con the women into submission. I more like the power relationship and the context it provides for the story to begin. Do you think I need to adjust the title or tag it to be clear this isn't a blatant rape RP? Does the text of the prompt need to be clearer? Should I flesh the prompt out more?

Any advice/feedback would be appreciated because I'd like to see this story played out.

The original idea was for it to be a Hispanic neighbourhood, but I am open to other ideas/communities, so feel free to pitch them. It could even be a fantasy (the human landlord and the elf district) setting or something more medieval (a baron and the peasants on his land). This prompt is a little darker than my usual stuff, but I still won’t be going in too extreme a direction, i.e. non-consensual. I'm not looking for extreme raceplay, but just that lingering fascination of the other and the 'taboo' of it.

I want to play as Mr. Frost, a landlord who oversees a set of properties. I want you to play as the women who come to him to seek relief. I am willing to write as supporting characters too.

It is hard times in the city, but nowhere is it harder than in Selena Park. Despite the pretty name it is not a very nice neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is made up of a block of small homes. They were cheaply constructed a few decades ago and are only a step up from a trailer park in that the buildings are permanent. The block was set to be destroyed and redeveloped, but a buyer came in at the last minute and took possession of the land.

The cheap rents have attracted people who cannot afford anything else. Selena Park has grown into a largely Latino neighbourhood. Money is not plentiful in Selena but it is safe, lively, and friendly. The new owner keeps things in good order.

However, the rent still comes due. Mr. Frost, the tall, broad-shouldered, burly white man who bought Selena Park, is generally considered firm, but fair. When money is tight sometimes the man of the household visits him and they work out a payment plan or some arrangement. His business is not a charity though and he’ll put his foot down when needs be.

When the wives, daughters, and single women of Selena Park go visit Mr. Frost, or when he comes knocking on their door for payment they can, on occasion, come to a different sort of arrangement - especially petite women with large chests and round bottoms. While rent may be forgiven for a month or so it seems like more often than not those ladies end up with rounding bellies and an extra mouth to feed in the end. That doesn’t seem to discourage a few, some seem to anticipate Mr. Frost’s knock or their trip to his office. Perhaps the landlord’s price isn’t so bad after all.

The basic concept for this is that the ladies of Selena Park not infrequently have sex with Mr. Frost to pay their rents. Even if it starts off as something they don’t want they find their bodies working against them, corrupting them, and enjoying his big cock more than they should and often ending up pregnant as a result.
