I'm working on a prompt idea, but find myself unsure of what to actually include in the post itself. I'm a sucker for deep character backgrounds and a lot of exploration of personalities and how that intertwines with sexuality, so on one hand, it would be relatively easy to write out a longer, detailed opening submission.
On the other hand, I'm not entirely too married to specific ideas for the setup to where they feel necessary, but if they're already penned, it would feel weird to backtrack. Not to mention that being able to explore and get that level of depth in the actual story is fun as well. I guess ultimately my question is how much should I include in the opening post to attract the attention of writers that I need the most? If you're a detailed writer, are you more drawn to an effort-driven first post or more open possibilities of where we could take things together rather than what I came up with alone?
Thank you in advance for any responses.
