“By order of Captain Raylon”, the crowded streets begin to halt surrounding a uniformed lithoid, he steps up on large crates lightly buckling under his weight.  Towering above the audience an ivory beacon in his immaculate navy uniform unrolling a document, “I hereby ask any able-bodied man or woman-”, the deep commanding voice causing the older members to bow their heads in sadness and respect, “-to report for duty aboard the Defiant in defense of his majesties border”.  Several people walk up to asking to join “sailors report to the dock, if you have special skills, cooking, masonry, or tailoring speak to the quartermaster immediately on arrival”.  In among the young faces walking past the boatswain I call out “do you have need of a navigator?”, I slip past the crowd coming into view, a rusted sword, broken pistol, torn hat and coat, “Dawson, sir” giving a quick salute.  “Credentials lad”, he asks skeptical, “graduated top of my class at Skoldar Academy”, he smiles, “Ill take you to see the captain”. 

As I follow him down the dock I marvel at the ships around me, them and the dock floating above the dark chasm beneath us hearing the crews call to each other “Bring in the sails…secure the cargo…bring shield generators online”, every call always followed by “Yes Captain”.  I quickly reach into my pocket and pull out a compass embossed with the crest of Skoldar, making sure it visible from my vest, opening it one last time to ensure the engraved name is scratched out and unreadable.  As we pass another ship I pull my hat down, covering my face from their boatswain, “Afraid of the sun?”, “unlike you I can’t use dirt to regenerate my skin”, the boatswain laughs as he walks me up the ramp onto the Defiant.  “Where is he!” I hear off in the distance, looking back in the distance a blonde woman runs down the dock, he blouse slightly torn open exposing her left nipple, “where is that lying cheat”.  I move to stand behind the boatswain hiding, he smiles “Don’t let the captain know you did that”, she approaches the ship and yells from the dock “Have you seen him, he has a black hair, a coat with a crab patch, about this tall” gesturing about a foot taller than her medium stature.  “I’m sorry miss I don’t know anyone like that”, she stomps her foot, “I want my money back-“ as she leaves I slowly come out from behind the boatswain, “-He might have won me in that card game but he cheated I know he did I saw the ca…”.  I sigh ready to give an explanation until I boatswain salutes someone behind me, “Captain, our new navigator”, I turn quickly to salute.  ‘I really hope she didn’t hear what that girl said’, “Dawson captain, ready to serve”, I stand straight, a small smile begins as I take in the beauty of her physique, unaware that this is only the next step in my plan to become the next captain of the best ship in the navy. 

Hey thanks for reading, so my idea here is a space sea faring adventure, the aesthetic is black sails meets treasure planet, little bit of sunless skies depending on how things go. This is going to be a decently sized story with several set pieces, a good amount of dialog, I plan to have some action and of course some good smut. You of course would be playing the captain and I am very open to leaving who she is and looks like up to you.

I like to plan a few things out before hand, like what set pieces we want, frequency of sex and so on, but I want a good amount of the story to be more in the moment and improvisational. I dont even mind having brand new ideas come up mid play and we just have to roll with it, Im very open and hope to encourage that kind of interesting writing with my partner. The idea being if your comfortable with your character the dialog and events should feel organic. I am pretty open on kinks and dynamics so I am on board with trying things out and seeing where it goes.

This is another update to 2 other posts I put up, a different spin and set up but mostly the same idea behind it but trying some new things out on the prompt. Let me know how this reads and if it works a little better, hoping to hear comments on it and if its going in a better or worse direction.
