Hey there, it's my first time on DPP Workshop, I hope that this is the way to proceed. I have included both the parts which are related to the story and what I call the "administrative" part. I guess that this is a niche kind of roleplay but if you guys have any opinion in regards to this post(including the title !), I'd love to hear them. Thanks in advance.

It has been two since Gotham celebrated the death of Harley Quinn and the Joker. Since then, the metropolis has been slowly and painfully cleansed of its most prolific villains. But the corruption has only grown ever since in the power vaccum that they left behind them. This situation has allowed corrupt officials and company to turn the life of many citizens into a hellish nightmare.

As it often happens in those context of despair, a part of the population has turned to cults, superstitions aimed at making life a little easier to bear. One of such cult is the church of the Holy clown which venerates the late Harley Quinn as a symbol of freedom that has been robbed from them. However, this cult is more than superstitions: through the abandonned Lazarus pit, the followers believe that they can use Harley Quinn's old red and black checkerd suit, the most sacred of their relics, to turn a suitable candidate into the reincarnation of the clown princess of crime. Tonight, they plan on making thei godess come back to lead them.

Hello dear roleplayers, in this RP I am looking to play as the candidate which will be turned into the reincarnation of Harley Quinn while you would play the cult or a cultist. I'd love to spice things up by adding a subplot: the cult has worked on other latex suit which turn people into power wielding clowns. This process is called the ascension and the transformed are called angels which hold a special rank within the cult.
